Local business from the BNI networking community have shown their support for local people with brain injuries by wearing their Christmas Hats for Headway.

The members of BNI have remained at the forefront of local business networking despite recent restrictions on meetings and have continued to support and promote each other's businesses by the power of the internet!  This December two local BNI chapters, Castle and Apollo got involved in some Christmassy silliness by wearing their Hats for Headway, sharing their (s)'elfies' on social media and making donations. Every penny raised will be used to support, grow confidence and empowerment for people experiencing profound and complex disabilities following brain injury.

Chris Williams, Kingswood Residential Investment Management and Castle BNI chapter President explained:

“Headway Nottingham is our chosen charity at Castle Chapter and their support for local people is incredibly important. We know how challenging this year has been for them and their clients so we were keen to show our support, raise some much-needed funds and shout about the amazing work they do.

"The array of silly hats worn on the day was genuinely impressive and it made for a great meeting. Throughout the year we are always get inspired by the stories we hear every week about the incredible work Headway do for the community – they are making a huge difference to the lives of local people with disabilities in the process!"

We're also grateful to the following members of BNI who wore their silly hats with pride!
